WHEN WILL I GET MY STUFF?

  • Orders ship Monday-Friday 
  • Some items may ship separately (Example: Desktop and Frame are shipped separately).
  • In-stock orders normally ship within 2-4 business days.
  • Custom built order might take 3-4 weeks to ship.
  • Due to Pandemic related logistical challenges please allow additional time for order handling and shipping.

TRACKING

An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (with most carriers). You can also track your package from your Account page. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@myergodesk.com

FREE US STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

My Ergo Desk provides customers free standard shipping for all order  to the lower 48 states only for an address in the contiguous U.S. (no PO boxes). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii

SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos sales@myergodesk.com.
